Die Validation Rule NP70199 steuert, welche AdditionalInformationRestrictions bei welchem RestrictionCode required sind.
Nun gibt es noch vier AdditionalInformationRestriction Codes, die keinem Restriction Code bzw. Permit Authority zugeordnet sind.
